Discover SMDI Wars can be won and lost with supply chain management. The Small Manufacturers Defense Initiative (SMDI) Program creates opportunities for small and medium sized manufacturers in Pennsylvania to contribute to the national challenge of defense supply chain performance.

Our mission is to provide the U.S. Army and its supporting contractors with a single access point to a variety of capable Pennsylvania suppliers. This program is offered to qualified suppliers and buyers at no cost.
